5 Ways to stay alive while gaming

I would first like to say RIP to the young man that passed away from a blood clot. There are a few steps you can take to reduce your risk.

1. Take regular breaks if you will be on for an extended period of time.

2. Don't sit around playing video games for more than ten hours at a time.

3. Get a girlfriend or wife(no way she will let you play that long)

4. If you must game for a while consider the Kinect.(Two birds with one stone)

5. And finally play in moderation. This is a NO brainer.
